Richard and Cecilia Lockwood will lead a presentation about the classes they took at the Mid Atlantic Fiber Association (MAFA) thanks in part to a HMWG grant. They will share photos of the pieces that they wove, along with works by their classmates. Richard will discuss the variety of twill effects he wove during the class, as well as model a cowl he made based on what he learned. Cecilia will demonstrate how to set up and weave repp based on techniques from teacher Lucienne Coifman. She will have samples she wove along with images of work from the other students in the class, who worked on different drafts.
